Marcos Darío Cabezaz Born in 1972 in Lomas de Zamora / Argentina.
Composer and Arranger - Marimba & Vibraphone Player
In 1991 he graduated from the Conservatory of Carlos López Buchardo.
In 2004 he received the scholarship: "Expressions of Folk Art" from the National Endowment for the Arts. This enables him to study composition, including Argentine folk music under the guidance of Magister Guillo Espel.
Cabezaz has further developed the 6 mallet technique on the marimba, some of his marimba solos confirm this impressively.
In September 2011 he gave the world premiere of his concerto for solo marimba and chamber orchestra at the "V Festival Internacional de Marimbistas" Villahermosa, Tabasco Mexico 2011.
Cabezaz compositions are played in the following countries: Argentina, Cuba, Puerto Rico, Mexico and Italy
